Remove document.width / document.height Patch by Vineet Chaudhary <vineet.chaudhary@motorola.com> on 2011-11-18 Reviewed by Darin Adler. Source/WebCore: Removed document.width/document.height from JS bindings, but keeping the same for ObjC bindings.
