(JSC::LLInt::handleHostCall): added UNUSED_PARAM(pc).
(JSC::LLInt::setUpCall): Doesn't pass 'pc' to LLINT_CALL macros.
(JSC::LLInt::LLINT_SLOW_PATH_DECL): Ditto.
