[BlackBerry] Get rid of unused maximumLayoutSize in WebPage

maximumLayoutSize was deprecated when we made use of
WebCore::computeViewportAttributes for
WebPagePrivate::recomputeVirtualViewportFromViewportArguments.
So clean it up.
