        (WebCore::MainResourceLoader::continueAfterContentPolicy):
        Added an extra request parameter, initialRequest, to the download() method
        by passing up the resource handle's request.
        
        * platform/graphics/svg/SVGImageEmptyClients.h:
        (WebCore::SVGEmptyFrameLoaderClient::download):
        Added an extra parameter to the empty SVG download method.
